You would think with so so many terribly poor reviews by so many people BANQUE NATIONALLE would get new programmers for the App ASAP. Someones sleeping on the switch. Wake UP

Really annoyed that I have to input my card number EVERY TIME the app gets updated...

I have been using online banking for over 15 years and when mobile applications came out, we as clients expected miracles. Mobile apps will never replace a banking branch or ATM. Mobile apps are à convenience and unless banks want to replace branches with mobile technology, clients cannot expect the same service and functionality.
This app is the slowest app on my phone (5s). Takes me over 1 minute to get to my MasterCard info.. Very bad
Great app. Very easy to use. However, recently the app stopped working with Touch ID. What happened and when will it be back???
The app is good but the login with touch id is not well done. It looks like it added a view on top of the login view instead of redoing it. Another thing that need urgent is apple pay. Its far behind other banks
I no longer have the Touch ID since the last update. Now Im have to remember my passcode
The log in with your finger print isnt working
Freezes my iPhone on branch locator. Freezes the phone for +/- 15 seconds, screen goes black for 10 seconds before coming back to normal Tested with and without enable location. Impossible to try with postal code. Your app is.,,, no words
